When you know who you are when you’re at your best and how you add strategic value, you can begin to focus energy outside of yourself. This inner knowing allows you the freedom to listen deeply and lead with egoless authenticity.
Everyone has unique abilities that can be given away. Once you have this insight into yourself, consider how you can use your special gifts to enhance the growth of others. Great leaders build high performing teams by creating an environment where everyone acknowledges and shares their unique strengths.
